We booked Vicki for an Appraisal she was on time, efficient and understanding of our situation. We could not fault her professionalism. Vicki was easy to speak to. She understood my needs and walked me through the process. We were able to pick and choose options that we felt suited the properties requirements, by choosing the type of sign and level of advertisement. Vicki had a good knowledge of her sellers and prospective buyer’s needs in the area.

Beautiful photos online; suggested right asking price and sold at that price; always kept in touch; prompt sale.

Vicki Was great to deal with and gave us confidence from the start that she was the agent to choose when selling our house. The whole process with viki has been amazing and we are so thankful for her hard work. Definitely would recommend Vicki to others. Thanks Again

We feel SO lucky to have Vicki as our Real Estate Agent. She is exceptional!. Always kind, helpful, thorough and responsive in assisting us with our purchase. You could ask for no better!

Vicki had clients immediately to view the house. The home was sold within a week. Very happy with the entire process.

Vicki provided an outstanding professional service throughout the selling process. With her local knowledge, she was able to advise us of services that might facilitate the preparation of the house for sale. She communicated regularly via email and phone, and always seemed to be at the other end of the phone when we rang. We appreciated her ability to negotiate & advise where required. If we were to buy or sell in the area in the future, we would ring Vicki and her team and reenlist her services.

Vicki was great with communication throughout the whole process, she was knowledgeable and driven. Vicki got our home sold for a price we were happy with.

Having sold our home through Vicki, we turned to her to assist us with a purchase as she understood our needs. Vicki, was thoughtful, communicative and as always calm, without applying any pressure, allowing us the freedom to explore the properties and decide. She also negotiated a very short settlement with a period of occupation under license, which was beneficial to all parties. I highly recommend Vicki as both a buyer's and vendor's agent.

I highly recommend Vicki Streatfeild from the Bundanoon office. She recently helped us sell our home and purchase our next property, and her support throughout was exceptional. From the very beginning, Vicki took the time to understand our needs and situation. She is thoughtful, patient, positive, and fully committed to her clients both vendors and purchasers alike. What can often be a stressful process felt much easier thanks to her calm approach and consistent communication.

Vicki was excellent in every way possible with the sale of our parents home. From the very start Vicki’s knowledge of Bundanoon was faultless, she was spot on with her valuation of the property. Vicki kept us informed with every viewing and followed up with reports after each viewing. Vicki was friendly and professional at all times and would highly recommend her and would happily engage her expertise in the future.
