Right from the first meeting with Vicki regarding the possibility of listing the property for sale, Vicki presented herself in the most professional manner. That professionalism continued throughout the entire for sale period and after the sale was effected. Vicki was recommended to us by our friends and now I would readily recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property. She is very honest, reliable and easy to communicate with. The conveyancer discovered there was not a dwelling entitlement on our land, but in fact here had been a house on it for 68 years. This hurdle became a big problem in securing the sale. Vicki wouldn't let it beat her and as a last resort she took the matter to the mayor of Mid Coast Council. She followed the matter up regularly with council and eventually gained enough legal material to satisfy them which enabled the sale to go ahead. Vicki kept me informed at all times of where things were up to through the whole sale process. I cant thank her enough.
