As like many others may have experienced with Covid19, it hit both us as a seller & our agent Vickie, but her team stepped in & still pushed ahead to have our regular opens plus many other client walk through. The team always contacted us after someone had been through the house giving us plenty of feedback from potential buyers. When finally it came to agreeing on a buyer we were very happy with both the price we got for our home & the service Vickie & her team gave us. This was my 3rd home I've sold & I must say my best experience yet of a sale. They made us feel comfortable to ask any questions to put our minds at ease as we were no longer living in the home or even close enough to pop in. Vickie was even great enough to help find us a lease property that with local Ballarat Realtors couldn't seem to do. Not only is the lease property perfect until we rebuild but in the location we will buy our next property. Vickie listened to our needs & tailored her selling plan accordingly.
