We had the pleasure of dealing with Vickie for the sale of our rental property in Busselton recently. Vickie was always available to answer questions and queries, she was prompt with her replies and knowledgeable with the answers, if she did not know the answer she would find out for me, nothing was too much trouble. Vickie was very pleasant at all times and seemed like she enjoyed her job , making us feel like we were important clients , always polite and happy. We met Vicki when we walked into the viewing of our potential home. Vicki was approachable and friendly. Needless to say we purchased this property and Vicki has made this process as stress free as possible and as first home buyers has explained and answered all our question with efficiency and ease. This was a rental property with nightmare tenant that had been bailiff removed. Vickie understood and respected the stress and situation i was in and helped this get sold quick and without adding any more pressure. Will definitely consider using again.
