I first met Vickie when I was inspecting local properties and getting a feel for the market. She struck me as being very polite and treated potential buyers well. When I later spoke to her about selling my property she offered me a very competitive commission rate. No haggling was necessary. Also their advertising package was very well priced. Throughout the marketing and sale of my property she always had a sense of humour, had a happy disposition, and was polite. Vickie is obviously well educated, but is down to earth and very easy to work with. Nothing was ever too much bother for her, and she went ‘beyond the call of duty’ right up to settlement. I was a bit disappointed with the final price but it was a couple of months into the Covid-19 downturn. There were 10 registered bidders, which is good, and there really was not much more that Vickie could have done. I am glad that I let the property go at the price.
