We wanted to make an offer on the property during our first home open visit. Vicktor could not wait to get us out of there and was unable to answer any of our questions about the house. For instance, among several unanswered questions we wanted to know how the exterior blinds worked-he did not know. Who was the developer? He did not know. He made no effort to find out. Just wanted us to GO He was in too much of a hurry and could not spare the time to either visit us later or offer any help with the paperwork. We were told to send him an email with our details and the highest price we would pay. After 30 minutes we were expected to spend over half a million dollars with no input from him. We got an email a little later from Jeewan, who was apparently now in charge of proceedings. At hand over we met him for the first time and were told we had 10 minutes to check that everything was working. As we spoke to the vendor he kept looking at his watch and saying we were taking too long. Now 40 minutes invested in our care. Over $500,000 was being laid down for 40 minutes of their time. The final& straw was when Vicktor told us that as the vendor was paying the commission he did not have to provide us with any service at all! Would not reccomend.
