Vicky also suggested having the property vacated and dressed up, which i was a little reluctant to do(loss of rental income, cost of decorative furnishing), but it all proved to hone in very well as on the first Open day there were over 20 viewings and several offers made. A very favourable offer made within a few days with quick exchange contracts.

Quite apart from her professional abilities and communication skills, Vicky is a very patient, and considerate person which makes it so much easier and considerably more comfortable to deal with the sometimes difficult, and often emotional process, of selling your home. I did not anticipate an easy time in selling our house and it took longer than we would have wished, but it helped to realise that we could rely on Vicky to persevere.
