Vicky strives to give both buyer and seller fair valuation of the property. Of course with the sellers best interest first she plans does her best to plan out a price that is fair and not too out of the market range trying to get the best price for the seller at the same time making it attractive for the buyer too. Vicky was honest in all her discussions with me but allowed me to maintain control. She demonstrated she was working for me and negotiated with the potential buyers accordingly, even if my instructions conflicted with what the buyers and the market was telling her. She was realistic with her advice and supportive of my direction. She fought hard for the sale and in the end, I believe I got the best result possible given the market.
