Friendly, helpful and professional

Vicky was an excellent agent to work with. She was extremely helpful & co-operative, always punctual for appointments and went out of her way to save me from hassle. She didn't try the "hard sell" and let me make up my own mind. I consider myself lucky to have had Vicky as the agent I was dealing with. Although always friendly and helpful she remained "professional".
