We had met several agents in Ballarat Vicki left them standing still. She contacted local water providers to determine the layout of the neighboring underground storm water and toilet plumbing which would have taken us ages. She managed to secure a last minute viewing of the property before we returned to Melbourne that afternoon. Promptly provided us with a section 32 and a housing inspection company prior to purchase. A different realestate agent from another property we were considering provided none of these services not even a section 32. Not only is Vicky incredibly responsive and efficient she is wonderful to deal with and kept us informed of all aspects of the sale.
