I got in touch with Realth Property Group after I was unsuccessful with selling my house with another agent.  From the start, Vicky was excellent with communicating and organising everything.  I don't live in Perth, WA, so having Vicky in charge of my property during the sale process made me more relaxed.  She made sure she knew the local development area, and she talked me through the various strategies she would recommend for selling.  She recommended that styling was not necessary for my property and that styling was going to cost me more money unnecessarily.  Vicky sent me videos of the property so that I knew what it was looking like too.  I appreciated that Vicky kept me up to date with the property as she looked after it for several months before I re-listed it. After Realth Property Group listed my property, Vicky opened my house to potential buyers.  Over the first opening weekend, Vicky kept me up to date with the number of buyers and interested parties.  She provided me with only the important and necessary information which I really appreciated.  I wish I had found Vicky straight up, as she found a buyer after the first weekend the home was open.  She managed to sell my property for more than I had even hoped.  From there, the settlement went smoothly.
