It is without doubt that a five-star rating does not do Victor justice. My partner and I were fortunate enough to purchase a property during this unprecedented COVID-19 time. However, we have had many bad experiences when dealing with real estate agents. We were then lucky enough to find a home which me immediately fell in love with, to which led us to be introduced to Victor as he was the selling agent. Victor is not only an amazing agent, he is also such an integral and reliable person. My partner and I had many barriers for our loan to be conditional. Once it finally became conditional, we kept altering the contract terms and settlement date as we were undergoing a bridging loan. However, during those four months Victor was very accommodating to our situation – so he kept going back and forth with the vendors for their understanding and patience. Victor has a wealth of knowledge who assisted us greatly during that stressful time, he gave us creative ideas and options as we were planning to renovate once settlement was complete.
