We were buying our first home in Melbourne and didn't expect this kind of service from the agent. He was very pushy. Once the house went unconditional, he didn't want to hear from us. Things that were mentioned in the ad, were not found in the property. Very disappointed with this kind of experience. He was supposed to ring me back after having a chat with his manager. It has been a month and never heard back from him. Manager is also related to him, so conflict of interest straightaway. Will never deal with him and OBrien Real Estate again.
