The advice on the value of my property was good/ helpful. Suggested marketing brought in little interest and was an add on to the quoted commission rate. Effort was put in to sell the place with not as much interest as I expect. As a general comment I struggle with the commission rate but think that applies to all agents

Victoria was easy to get a hold of as we were negotiating a price on the purchase of a house. I felt as if she was honest and was working on getting her clients price without dragging the process out or playing mind games. During the cooling off period Victoria knew that the banks would take longer then the five days and made it clear that she was happy for us to extend the cooling off period which we needed to do, this was great at taking the pressure off as I had heard from a friend about an agent who wanted it done in the five days or they would start selling the house again until she was ready which doesn’t help the stress during those five intense day of cooling off. On settlement day Victoria was very flexible arranging our final look and the office even gave us a little house warming gift which was a lovely touch so thank you Victoria for helping us buy our first home.
