Thanks to Victoria's expertise and hard work, we achieved a fantastic outcome at the auction. I couldn't be happier with the results and the level of service provided. Victoria was professional and diligent and worked hard to get a deal through. I was very appreciative of her teams efforts through the process.

Victoria Liu was extremely helpful in the process of the Sale of an Apartment which I purchased. She was very Professional in her approach and helped make my experience a good one.

Victoria is incredibly diligent and patient, and unlike many agents out there, she ensures to keep everyone updated so there are no nasty surprises. Her and her team are very professional and efficient. Fastest completion of sale I’ve ever experienced! Listings are well put together too. Highly recommended for both buyers and sellers.

I sold prior to auction getting a price that I didn’t think I would get one week out form Auction. I’m very happy with the result so thank you Victoria and your team.

Victoria and her team were great to deal with. Their honesty, professionalism and pragmatism to answer my questions, accomodate my inspections and facilitate a deal being done was key to this sale and the purchase of my dream property. I’m so thankful for everything and would recommend in a heart beat.

Victoria Liu and her team recently helped us sell our apartment off market, they were communicative throughout the process, keeping us up to date on where potential buyers were at, and commensurate professionals!

Hoping for 1.2 we made Victoria our agent with some faith in her line “Get you the best price”. Our property was somewhat unique so was hard to know where we would end up. Victoria and her team were tireless in bringing many people in and following up their interest. In the end the auction was standing room only (we were stuck outside 🤣) and we hit a street record 400k over the reserve. Victoria and her team were great to work with and the results were excellent.

We engaged Victoria to sell our property recently We found Victoria to be hard working , genuine and conscientious She was very flexible in her approach which enabled her to be generous with her time to all prospective buyers She also made herself available to us at all times ,giving us updates regularly and was available to answer any questions we may have had throughout the campaign Victoria 's professional aptitude was obvious in her day to day work and she exceeded our expectations throughout the campaign

Victoria’s expertise in the North Sydney area is second to none. Her positive attitude, knowledge of the market and exceptional organisational skills were outstanding. We were kept informed in every step of the sale process and achieved a very satisfactory sales result at auction. Victoria, Jireh, Danielle and auctioneer Edward made for an exceptionally professional and friendly team who, together, made the sale of our property a very positive experience. Trish Kennedy
