Victoria set about understanding the area and then gave me advice as to how to present my unit. I was away a lot of the time and she always had my unit looking fantastic for the showings. Victoria then kept me knowing how the showings were going and the made a huge effort with the interested buyers in getting them to reach the figure I was hoping for. A lot of effort but a great result. Thank you Victoria

I have known Victoria for some time and have been impressed by her professionalism, market knowledge and the 100% effort she puts in to achieve the best results for her clients. Consequently I had no hesitation in engaging her as the agent to sell my property. As an agent Victoria is always trustworthy and up front at every stage of the process. She is flexible and can use a variety of strategies to get the best result for her clients. In fact, because of her expertise my property was sold for more than I hoped for. For all the reasons above I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria to anyone who wants the best possible result when selling their property. I regard her as the best agent in the Lower North Shore.

As a buyer Victoria kept me informed at each step of the sales process. I found her pleasant to deal with and she was always timely in responding to my questions. Her skill in getting the deal done in challenging circumstances was impressive.

Victoria had a clear selling strategy which she went through in detail with us. She didn't promise anything unrealistic, but was committed to getting us the best price that she could. We were kept up to date on progress at all times, as Victoria and her team worked to bring in buyer interest. Her manner is exceptional, her contacts and Chinese language skills a real bonus, and we always felt that we were in safe and hard working hands! I absolutely recommend Victoria and her team.

I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria. She has proven to be an excellent sales agent who is professional, experienced, reliable and hardworking. When dealing with Victoria it became apparent very early on that she was in a league of her own. My property was on the market for previously for a few months with another agent, no offers or sale. I then listed with Victoria and she delivered a great result in just a couple of weeks. I’m glad I entrusted Victoria with the sale.

Victoria was a joy to partner with. From her professionalism in managing the end to end sale process to her great attention to every little details along the way, it is evident that she is highly experienced and knowledgeable in her field of work. Above all, I appreciate her attentive care and the lovely demeanour that she brings to the otherwise transactional and at times, stressful home purchasing journey. Thanks Victoria for going above and beyond to help me land my dream home! :)
