I recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria to secure my first ever property. It was extremely refreshing to deal with an agent who not only had superior knowledge of the local market but promptly answered any questions (no matter how inane) professionally and efficiently, from the first inspection all the way to contract exchange. I would unequivocally recommend Victoria to anyone looking to buy/sell in the lower North Shore :)

Victoria was extremely helpful throughout my inspection and buying process. Made what could have been a stressful experience really easy. Victoria was always happy to answer any question I had and followed up with the owners. I'm happy to have purchased my first home through Victoria.

Victoria had great knowledge of the local market and our building in particular. She really went the extra mile to ensure we had as many interested purchasers as possible and got us a great result ahead of auction. Victoria was always available for us and communicated well with us throughout the process.

As a first home buyer I appreciated the time she took to explain each step of the process. Her patience and willingness to share knowledge helped us greatly through this experience and I would readily recommend her services to others.

Victoria has been great in facilitating with the purchase of our new property. She has been diligent in keeping both parties aware of progress of sale. She has been of good help. Thank you Victoria.

Victoria Liu kept us updated throughout the whole campaign and always exceeded our expectations in service. Victoria’s real estate experience proves her knowledge on the lower north shore of Sydney and her expertise of the “Panorama” Building in Crows Nest. Her enthusiasm, professional, integrity and being fluent in English,Mandarin and Cantonese helped us secure a great outcome in selling my apartment in Crows nest. Thanks Victoria!

I was very lucky to have Victoria as my agent when trying to find an apartment. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from providing detailed information on the property to professional advice on the settlement and tenancy management. She was always very profesional, efficient and responsive. I have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone!

We’re happy we chose Victoria Liu and David Hill to sell our apartment in Wollstonecraft. We received valuable advice on how to best present our apartment and they supported us throughout the sale process. Thank you for your hard work and achieving a great outcome.

I am very grateful to have had the professional expertise & support of this lady when I recently sold my apartment (June 2020). In such uncertain times, Victoria was always across every issue; I found her a great communicator, and I expect the potential purchasers would have done so as well. She is knowledgable, courteous, very clear & patient when explaining information & making suggestions, & quick to respond to queries. I would recommend working with Victoria.

I dealt directly with Victoria for my recent home purchase. She was friendly, professional and efficient and continued to provide a great service after the exchange of contracts. She had good knowledge of the market, was always contactable and didn’t mess me around. I would recommend Victoria as an agent based on my very positive experience.

We recently sold in Waverton to down size. We inspected an apartment in Myrtle St North Sydney, which we really liked, and Victoria was the Agent. Victoria was meticulous with the way she conducted the open home both, from being very careful with how visitors looked around the property, ( we had to take our shoes off) and answering questions. We were ready to buy and she handled the negotiations promptly, professionally and efficiently and gave prompt feedback both by personal calls and emails. If I was selling or buying would have no hesitation in recommending her services. We wish her well with her career in Real Estate.

Victoria is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who went to great lengths to sell our unit in a difficult market. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and took care of every detail promptly.
