I had the pleasure of working with Victoria on a recent transaction, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our client was based in New York, which added some complexity due to the time difference, but Victoria was incredibly accommodating and always made herself available to communicate. She was committed to achieving the best outcome for her vendor while ensuring the process remained smooth for all parties involved. I would highly recommend Victoria and her team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated real estate agent.

We would like to sincerely thank Victoria and her team for all their hard work and dedication in helping us sell our property. From the beginning of the campaign through to the sale, Victoria was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She and her team put in a great deal of effort with marketing, inspections, buyer follow-ups, and negotiations, always working in our best interests.

Great communication and professionalism throughout the entire process.

Attention to detail, clear and concise communication, proactive and a comprehensive understanding of the market

Victoria runs a very professional and efficient Campaign. We are very happy with our result. I highly recommend Victoria and her team at Stone Realestate.

Victoria is an exceptionally hard worker who worked until the very end to get the best price possible for the property. We really appreciated her openness and transparency throughout the entire process. She kept us well informed about how everything was tracking every step of the way so we were able to make informed decisions on how to proceed next. In a tough market her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in ultimately finding a buyer for our property.

Victoria was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our client’s apartment in Mosman. She was consistently proactive, highly communicative, and handled every stage of the process with professionalism and care. Her responsiveness and transparency made the transaction seamless for all parties involved, and she navigated negotiations in a fair and collaborative manner to achieve a great outcome. Victoria’s market knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to keep momentum throughout the campaign really stood out. We would happily work with Victoria again and highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers alike.

Her experience, preparation, analysis and persistence got us a great result. Weekly meetings and daily e mails guided us through the stressful process of selling. She would be our first choice for any property matters.

Victoria is a dedicated sales person with the client as first priority. The process she has is intensive, extensive and leaves no stone unturned. The communication and documentation is perfection, regular, detailed, interpreted and timely. The constant attention to detail, the constant conversation and the documentation ensures that as the client we are part of the process and understand and are party to all decisions made. This ability got decipher the complex environment we are in is remarkable and allows us to feel very confident in her decisions with each enquirer. This is most important!!!!! That every person enquiring feels that they are receiving personal attention is fantastic. No one feels sidelined. This means the potential buyers are all happy even if they cant meet the price. I personally could not have wished for a better person than Victoria to handle our property, because she respected and had dignity for all parties in the arduous process. The result was the best price, in a fast time within the least stress. Thanks Victoria and her team. .
