Victoria is a reliable, strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills and is dedicated to achieving client objectives. Since 2010, Victoria gained experience in senior sales management, training and coaching roles within corporate retail. Working for international cosmetic brands such as Estée Lauder, Clarins, Loreal, Giorgio Armani and YSL, Victoria learned that the presentation of the business, herself, her team and the product(s) were critical to overall success. As a leader with energy and enthusiasm, Victoria is not afraid to lead by example. She has coached hundreds of employees across Queensland and was responsible for overall business success and millions of dollars in revenue.
While her background in sales, customer service and leadership has allowed her to branch into Real Estate, her determination and work ethic has been the key to her success. With a family history in the building industry, she is just as comfortable with a make-up brush as she is with a paintbrush!
Victoria lives rurally in Elimbah with her husband and three young children. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, exercising and supporting the children with their extracurricular activities – swimming, gymnastics, and dancing. She has a passion for the Health and Wellness space, and constantly learns about the topic to support her family’s health.
