From the moment we met to inspect a property, Victoria was on time and very professional, kind and welcoming in her approach and was very straight forward and honest from the get go. Victoria answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us to organise subsequent visits to the property, taking photos of different parts of the property and sending them to us upon our request and liaised with owners and solicitors to ensure everything gets done properly and in the speedy manner we requested and she would advise us and keep us informed of progress accordingly. Dealing with Victoria has been an absolute pleasure and I couldn’t recommend her more. I will definitely consult her for all future home related matters. I honestly couldn’t believe there is an agent this honest and this lovely as our past experiences with other agents weren’t very positive at all.
