I am hearing impaired. Victoria was very professional, patient and gave simple answers to my questions before the auction day so that I could understand. On the auction day, she made sure that I was comfortable with bidding and she offered another agent to stand next to me and write down on paper. I was nervous but very grateful that the auctioneer was very patient and luckily, I won on the day.
