He was very open and patient in communications between us and the seller and dealt with questions/issues as soon as they arose. We were in the very stressful situation of sale and purchase settlements occurring on the same day and Vijay guided our sale to ensure that we could achieve this goal smoothly. We saw Vijay's professionalism throughout the entire sale process and felt that he genuinely cared about our interests. We never felt pressure to make a decision that we were not comfortable.
