We were shocked and surprised when we got more for our home than expected. We never anticipated selling our home till Vik turned up and did a valuation then the first weekend we had an open house house we got an offer too good to refuse and it's all gone uphill from there. Finally going to be mortgage free.
Very professional, punctional, curtious and attention to detail. In relation to a fencing matter Vik contacted the council to clarify the issue prior to informing us and quickly gave the purchaser the correct information that secured the sale. I will happily recommend his services to friends and relatives.
