I found Vikas very nice at the start of my selling journey but as time went on he let me down and ghosted me while I was under immense financial stress his buyers failed to settle 4 times and I didn’t get one call from him. Very disappointed and do not recommend him at all.

Vikas sold our house straight after first open house inspection. Throughout the sale process he provided regular updates. He was transparent and honest in his communications.
