I was in the market to purchase a property in the ponds when I first met Vikas. After going through other Sales people I decided to engage Vikas as he was honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Vikas was patient spent time with me listening to our needs, budget and then showing us exactly what we wanted. He showed us three properties and we liked one of them which we now call our home. After selling he has provided us with excellent after sales service in terms of continuous follow ups to check if there were any issues so he could go back to the builder and get those resolved.
