Been a few years since we purchased a property and the legal requirements have changed substantially. Vikki was there guiding us through the process and her guidance made the whole thing so much easier. Happy to recommend her to anyone looking to purchase their next property
Vikki was very helpful, friendly and excellent at negotiating a good đeal for our property purchase.
Let's just start with what wonderful human beings Vikki & Bruce are! Down to Earth is the perfect name - it's true. They're honest, kind, salt of the earth country folk who know this whole area very, very well and tell it like it is. We've mainly dealt with Vikki with the purchase of our dream property - which was not straightforward - and she did an incredible job helping us get it over the line. We wouldn't be the new owners of this wonderful haven if it wasn't for Vikki. When we first bought on the Tablelands in 2023, via a private sale, Vikki was so helpful even though it wasn't on her books. Massive appreciation! We always recommend Down to Earth to anyone looking to move here. Wonderful introduction to the area and the very best place to start. :-)
Vikki knows the area and market, she builds good connection with both buyer and seller, we trust Vikki!
Vikki is helpful and friendly and made the selling process simple and uncomplicated for us as sellers. I have worked with Vikki for managing rentals and sales and have always enjoyed working with her. I trust her advice and honesty as both a seller and buyer and renter.
Vikki was exceptional throughout the whole process of selling our home. We had a few little hiccups with the buyer along the way, but Vikki held our hands and walked us through everything, making the entire experience feel easy, calm, and comfortable. She communicated clearly, was always available when we needed reassurance or advice, and genuinely cared about making sure we were okay every step of the way. What could have been a stressful time turned into something we felt supported and confident through, and that was entirely because of Vikki’s professionalism, patience, and kindness. We are deeply grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly goes above and beyond. — Colleen & John
Vikki is very personable, well spoken, and polite. A pleasure to deal with, I a world full of questionable agents, I would totally recommend Vikki. Vikki's local knowledge is exceptional, if you're looking for property on the Atherton Tablelands, Vikki is definitely the agent for you.
We had a long list of requirements, Vicki took the time to listen and found a number of properties for us to look at. Vicki made the entire process smooth easy while finding us what we thought may have been an impossible mission of a property. If you are looking to buy or sell Vicki would be my first and only recommendation. Ravenshoe is lucky to have such an amazing agent. We cant rate Vicki highly enough.
Vikki was great to work with, not overcharging and also patient and forthright her and her partner Bruce are both down to earth and would highly recommend doing business with them.
Vikki was very friendly and professional. She quickly deduced what we were looking for and subsequently presented us with the perfect property. No messing about we signed up and before we knew it, it was ours. She helped us at every stage of purchase and made it as smooth as possible. As she is a local she was very knowledgeable of the area and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Vikki in all aspects of realestate whether it be buying or selling. She just has that personality that nothing is too hard and everything will be ok
Excellent, I was kept up to date with everything. Could not have wished for a better real estate agent. Appointments were advised and feedback whether good or bad was delivered professionally. Vikki wrote comments on the garden which impressed me as I had put a lot of time and effort to present an inviting garden. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vikki to any forthcoming clients and as word of mouth is the best type of advertising, I could not recommend her enough. Her knowledge of the town and surroundings was very helpful. I will be looking to purchase again in the near future, and I most certainly be engaging Vikki as my real estate agent.
