Vikki was an amazing Agent. As full time property flippers, it's extremely important to us to get it right when it comes to appointing an Agent. We are extremely picky. Energy and Enthusiasm are a huge pre-requisite when it comes to selecting our selling Agent. Vikki was all of this and more. She even understood how important the "tiny" touches can be when it comes to selling and made sure that even the oil burner was lit prior to the open home and mood setting music was playing softly. No detail was left out! It was so great to work with somebody who "get's it". She understood the buyer's needs and definitely understood us. We were over the moon to achieve a record price for the building!
