We had a very disappointing experience with the owners of this real estate. Throughout our dealings, I found them to be unprofessional, unethical, and overly greedy, maximizing their benefits rather than for their Vendors. Their approach felt more focused on extracting the maximum benefit for themselves rather than building a positive, transparent, and fair relationship. Their forceful and demanding tactics, coupled with a clear disregard for ethical standards, left me questioning their commitment to Vendors, landlords and investors. I would not recommend this agency if you’re looking for a straightforward, respectful, and honest property selling or investing experience.

Vikram sold our deceased parents home for us and we are so grateful for his services. We had the home with another agent for around 5 months and had gotten nowhere, we were eventually told all potential buyers had been through and very few low offers had been put in. After swapping to Century 21 with Vikram the house sold within a few weeks. He could not have been more professional and on the ball at all times. He had numerous buyers through the home and never seemed to stop working. If you want your property sold just give Vikram the keys and let him do his job.
