It was Vikram’s enthusiasm & professional proposal presentation that prompted us to select him to sell our property. Ably assisted by Melissa, they took our property to market with a strategy that saw over 50 groups visit in one open day and a few private viewings. We were overseas during the sales period and Vikram kept us up to date on progress with regular text messages & the odd phone call. Whilst the overall result may not have quite met Vikram’s expectations, due to the condition of the property it was in-line with our expectations and overall Vikram provided us with a pleasing result . We were more than happy how he investigated all opportunities to maximise buyers offers and physically ensured contracts were exchanged within the buyer’s required time frame to finalise the sale.
