Two dealings with Vin, First time he made great efforts to find what i wanted and when he found it for me i failed to meet the finance needs after paying a deposit. He refunded my deposit immediately and often sent me an email keeping me up to date with the current realty news. Second time i was a cash buyer told him what i wanted what was affordable for me and phoned him on a weekend when he was busy with his own personal issues. He still answered the phone called me asap the first moment he could, so my point is he goes the extra yard more over most real estate agents, ALWAYS REPLYS to the smallest needs and smiled and dealt with me like a mate and prepared to say i cant help if he cannot find what you want.
