Vin was very friendly and efficient. Being my first home, I had lots of questions and he provided really clear answers and comforting support with the process.

Vin was extremely helpful and communicated with us very well. He seemed to understand what we were looking for in a property and pointed out all the areas which would be important to us. The process of making an offer was painless and simple. I highly recommend Vin Quirk and Hockingstuart Warragal to all.

I received fantastic support from Vin Quirk and the staff at Stuart Hocking. Would definitely use them again.

Vin was awesome to deal with. I enquired for an inspection online and the next morning he gave me a call. We had an inspection booked in a couple of days and an offer on the property that night. Vin communicated with us throughout the entire process and the current owner has been awesome too! We are so pleased with our new purchase, it’s our dream home!

Recommended the young lady was very professional and knew her job .

We bought our house through Vin 5 years ago & he made the process so simple. It was a no brainer to follow him when it came time to sell. I would highly recommend both he & Nicole - both making an incredibly stressful time an absolute breeze!

I purchase my first home with the assistance of Vin. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and made the process of purchasing a property exciting and easy.

A very efficient, personable team to deal with whose communication is clear, comprehensive, and timely. Thank you to everyone!

Vin was very accommodating and easy to deal with

All of the staff were polite, professional and clearly communicated in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Vin and the team to future buyers and sellers alike.

Vin was extremely accommodating in our requests for inspections, he always went that extra mile and made the whole process of purchasing this property easy and stress free. All other communication with Hocking Stuart was also first class.

This is the third time that we have dealt with this agent. The first two times as purchasers and the last time as a vendor. We have found Vin Quirk to be a man of very strong ethics and professionalism which is also reflected in all aspects of his agency and staff. Vin Quirk will always be our first and only choice when we require the services of a Real Estate Agent in the Warragul area.
