I did not know Vinay before viewing a listing of his. I have spent more than half of my life in Australia and I grew up in Europe. Over 50 years, I have bought/sold many homes/land both here and overseas, and have exposure to many real estate agents. I have found that size or brand does not guarantee knowledge or professionalism. The sellers market and price bubble, alas, has not helped. Nevertheless, although my initial decision was to go a different direction, when later, I could not get the answers I required, Vinay accepted first the disappointment, then my return, with good grace. In terms of service, I would say he overdelivered. It was apparent to me that Vinay fully understood that to succeed in your own business you need foundations of integrity and credibility.
