Vince showed an excellent knowledge of the local area and his estimate of the house value was very astute. His and Patty’s guidance and assistance was second to none. Kept us fully informed at all stages of the sale. Would recommend him to anyone who is selling. Big thanks to them both.
I was so relieved dealing with Vince from Drouin Ray White after some time in the buyers market with not to much confidence of understanding the whole process. Vince was great from our first meeting. Full of information. Easily explaining processes we needed to know and making an unsettling situation more enjoyable. He was always available by phone, seemingly 24hrs a day. A real asset to Ray White Drouin. Thanks Vince
I provided Vince a property to sell, just before Covid arrived, and he was patient with me and always kept me informed as to what was occurring . Once Victoria was back to " normal" Vince quietly got on with the marketing processes and managed to obtain a excellent and fair price for our property. I would not hesitate to recommend Vince to anyone thinking of selling in the area as he is hard working and always upfront re prospects etc . Couldn't be happier.
Vince and his team when more than happy to go above and beyond to generate as much interest in our property as was possible. Communication was excellent as we were always updated as to buyer feedback, pricing, and best strategies. And the result speaks for itself. Thanks team!
The service provided by Vincenzo was personable and professional with results exceeding expectations.
Vince has great knowledge of the market. He is easy to talk to. He goes above and beyond to get the best price for you. Excellent communication skills, I was well informed during the entire process and would highly recommend Vince.

During the covid outbreak when interstate travel was restricted Vince was excellent in assisting us, and when covid restrictions lifted he quickly had the property listed on the market and a good sale was achieved. Thanks Vince for a great job on this property and also on the other two properties you sold for us.
Vince was able to get a great price and also sell to an owner that loves the property and being my parents home this was very important to me. Vince has been very personable and everything so far has been smooth sailing. From my experience so far , I would highly recommend him, to anyone wanting to sell a unique property.
