My Review is as the Seller of 12/516-518 Moreland Road

Vince was involved in the selling process with me from the very beginning and provide excellent advice on how to prepare the property for the auction to achieve the best price given the current market condition. He also spoke with my tradesman to along the renovation process. He also advised that we stage the property and I believe this made a huge difference in the appeal of the property to any prospective buyers and definitely drew a stream of prospective buyers through the property during the open for inspection including the eventual successful bidder at the auction. Vince was also the Auctioneer for the property on auction day and again he knew exactly how far we could push the price before we accepted the bid from the highest bidder on the day. I found Vince's knowledge and integrity during the whole process to be second to none and I will definitely engage his services again when I next need to sell or buy a property.
