Vince is a straightforward agent. He is also quick to respond to any questions or concerns about the property and was also helpful and very quick with helping to organize the building and pest a day before the inspection with current tenants still living in the property. My only comment would be the price was a little deceiving for the property. There were a couple of changes in the price of the property with the ex owners ultimately wanting even more than the price put forward initially which made it a little tricky to put forward a final offer. However, overall, the agent dealt with everything fairly and I would recommend him to my friends when it comes to contacting an agent for buying or selling their properties.
