I recently purchased an investment property where Vince Mirabella was acting for the Vendors and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. As a prospective purchaser in a negotiated sale with multiple vendors, I felt some trepidation about making an offer outside of an auction context, mainly due to fear of being "kept in the dark" and "played". My anxiety was borne out of personal experience. However, from the outset Vince was very attentive in providing information, followed up queries promptly and was clear about how the negotiated sale process would be conducted and that it would be carried out fairly. Vince's direct and straight forward approach gave me the confidence that at each stage of the process I knew where I stood and was in a position to make an informed decision on how to move the matter forward. Ultimately, although I was extremely conscious that Vince was doing all he could to secure the best possible outcome for the Vendors, as I had confidence in Vince's integrity, and by extension that of the sale process, we were able to fairly rapidly move towards a sale price and terms of sale that were mutually acceptable to all involved.
