Through the buying process from initial inspection of the property to past auction he has exercised a high degree of professionalism and has been both attentive and friendly in addressing my inquires and concerns, even outside of normal business hours. Prior to auction Vince went out of his way to check the property when I had concerns with the condition of a kitchen appliance and worked with the vendor to have this addressed. On the auction day Vince was also honest and transparent with me on the vendor's expectations, other registered bidders and individuals which had interest in the property.
