Vince's assistance in purchasing my first home has been excellent. Through the buying process from initial inspection of the property to past auction he has exercised a high degree of professionalism and has been both attentive and friendly in addressing my inquires and concerns, even outside of normal business hours. Prior to auction Vince went out of his way to check the property when I had concerns with the condition of a kitchen appliance and worked with the vendor to have this addressed. On the auction day Vince was also honest and transparent with me on the vendor's expectations, other registered bidders and individuals which had interest in the property. He worked constructively with me to achieve the purchasing outcome and continues to work with me now through the settlement process.

I held off making this review as the settlement date was far off, but now it is much closer it is appropriate. Vince comes across as very experienced in his profession. He is efficient and personable. He seemed to have an informed intuition for the best way to proceed with the sale of our unit. He kept us informed and invited our input in the process.
