Excellent first buying experience

Buying a property from Vince was a pleasure. He was helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my first home buyer questions, no matter how many times I asked them. He was not a pushy seller at all. Vince was responsive and always returned calls quickly. And even though he was working for the seller, I feel like he was also trying to help me get the best deal possible. He was even happy to share some revovation ideas and contacts. I really appreciated his weekly emails and in particular access to the off market properties. I would 100% recommend him to others and definitely buy or sell with him again.
