Sold our house with Vince at the price we wanted. Excellent sale campaign till last min to auction

We wanted to achieve a good price for our house as we kept our house immaculate. So At the start we were not sure Vince was the right choice to meet our tough expectations. For this reason I choose another agent but this agent didn’t give up, his perseverance, dedication, focus and out of our service, his professionalism and passion about selling made us to change our mind to let Vince to manage the sale of the house. Since the start of the campaign till the auction Vince and the team worked really hard. Basically we managed to work as team. The auction process, the auctioneer and Vince made a huge difference on the auction day. Although the campaign was great until the end the auction we were not sure we will achieve the price that we wanted but we did. What an incredible achievement at the end.
