In this particular situation I was the buyer. The vendor was asking for a ridiculous price which was 20 % above market value. Vincent worked hard to make the purchase possible. What should have been a simple transaction turned lengthy. Vincent was very patient and never pushed me. Somehow he was able to convince the vendor that what he expected for his property was totally unrealistic. He is patient and efficient. I would recommend Vincent to anyone who needs a good real estate agent.
