With many properties in the area failing to sell, Vincent achieved the desired result in a difficult market for vendors. From the outset Vincent struck me as someone who appreciated that the sale of my largest asset was extremely important to me, and not a mere transaction that he does every day of the week. Our house was owned by three parties. Due to irreconcilable differences of all owners, an application to sell the dwelling was made to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2017. We approached many of the “big named” real estate agents in the local area who did not want to assist. The response we received was that they did not want to get involved in a messy court case.
