I recently bought my first home, and Vince has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. It’s common for agents to stop responding or offering assistance once a transaction is completed, but Vince continued to help even after everything was finalized. He went above and beyond to resolve a few minor issues with the house and offered professional advice on the best ways to address them. Thank you, Vince, for your exceptional support and dedication!

I was very disappointed with my experience using Vincent to sell my property. Throughout the entire process, the level of service fell well below what I expected. I needed to re write the advertisement for the property myself as it was written so poorly. Examples of his poor service would be that he asked me to send the details of the property to him (whilst in my property) - isn’t this the least he could do for his commission. Vincent has no idea about selling house and how to speak to people which resulted in very few interested buyers coming through. I constantly felt like I had to push for updates or suggestions, and even then, the communication was often unhelpful. For example, We were promised property reports on our advertisement every Monday which were only ever sent once. What made the situation worse was the agent’s attitude. There were several occasions where we were spoken to in a rude or dismissive manner, which added unnecessary stress to an already stressful process. Selling a home should feel supported and well-managed, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. We also would find Vincent lying on occasions or when we spoke to him he really didn’t know what he was talking about. We were spewing we had a timeline to sell to get into our new house as we stupidly signed the exclusively of sale contract without realizing how bad of a salesperson he was/is. The price we got was sub par also, this was due to Vincent so a poor job in attracting interested buyers. (Approx 3 parties come through in total) Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this agent for anyone looking for a professional or proactive approach to selling their home.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Vincent for his commitment and professionalism throughout the sale of my property. From the very beginning, Vincent promised to hold two open homes each week—and he delivered on that promise without fail. His consistent effort, dedication, and proactive approach played a key role in securing a successful sale.
