I am very pleased to write a review for Vinko & IQ Real Estate. In early April 2015, I commenced meeting three potential agents to discuss the sale. As I had a very large block in Yerrabi zoned for subdivision and after taking my own market research, I was disappointed with the agents from some of the more well-known companies and the sell price they were suggesting for my home. After looking at options over a number of months, I was fortunate to be referred to Vinko. I met with Vinko and due to his excellent market knowledge, he felt that I had also been significantly "under-quoted" by various agents and that my view of the potential sell price was more in-line with his knowledge. We then agreed as to the sales strategy and got to work to sell. Within 2.5 weeks, I had 7 offers on my home. 3 were under my expectation, however, the remaining 4 were solid possibilities. After a few discussions and deciding to trust Vinko with the negotiations with the potential buyers, I am pleased to advise that I received and accepted an outstanding offer which was approximately $75K above what I wanted for my property. In the end, Vinko sold my home for $250,000 over what the previous agents had advised me to market the property. This is an unbelievable and outstanding result. Throughout this whole process, I was kept informed and Vinko was available at any time to discuss any concerns I may have had. Going with a boutique real estate agency was the best decision I have made in a long time. Personal service, commitment, dedication and working hard for me (not potential developers) was the end result. I cannot recommend Vinko highly enough and I trust his advice and market knowledge implicitly. The % fee was reasonable and for his service and commitment was worth every cent.
