Not one to write reviews online!! But in this case i will bend the rules. Approached Violet to sell our property, we were with another agent for 2 years and not one person looked through. Violet found this hard to believe as we did. So we asked Violet to list it, and we had instant success, only having our property listed 6 weeks and then under contract. We had a different sale to normal as we had to wait on a sub division to be fianalised. The whole process from start to finish was honest and very professional with Violets personal Touch. I am in sales and was concerned about agents over promising and under delivering. I found Patty to be the complete opposite! Other agents quoted me higher prices but I wanted to deal with Patty simply because she seemed more polished and her extensive knowledge and contacts in the area. Patty sold my house for me in less than a week and achieved the exact price we asked for! Can't rate Patty high enough!
