Great communicator, easy to deal with

I found Vipin to be very knowledgeable and extremely customer focus oriented. He always returned my calls and met his commitments on time. I would definitely look to use Vipin as my realtor if I was selling a property.

Vipin left us a surprise when he sold a property in Yarrabilba which wasn’t possible by agents who had it for a long time. He set a realistic expectations from the start and did open homes on time and always had update for us. When he had the offer on hand , he closed it in two hours and the next thing was settlement. He made the sale of property seemless, a true sales person by attitude and spirit!

And he treats you personally with timely, effective communication. Unfortunately other agents we dealt with during this purchasing process needed us to contact them. Out of necessity, our offer was slightly lower than asked, but he treated it with respect and followed through for us. After a little negotiation, we settled.
