I have purchased a property with Vish from the Brabham office on January and I was impressed with the level of customer service provided. Vish was lovely in his face to face mannerisms but it was noticeable that he didn't know a lot. When asked if the washing machine would be included in the purchase he stated yes but it was in fact the current tenants. As first home buyers we asked for condition of sale for both electrical and home inspection yet he did not put this in our contract adn we didn't realise till late. The communication was the hardest as he wasn't listening to what our concerns were and was communicating with the seller a lot more the than buyer. We felt like our experience wasn't pleasant as we were not talked through the process like an agent should. Vish would say one thing to our face or agree with us to our face then something completely different happened when we left. For a straight forward purchase Vish is great but for learning the ropes and not knowing the process well, he made it extremely hard to understand what our place was during the process.
