I recommend avoiding. As a first home buyer there were plenty of pitfalls to navigate, all made harder by the constant incorrect information presented by Vish. Settlement date was moved (not uncommon now we understand it) but we were told we could move in, this is not true as you need an occupancy license with the vendor. This resulted in stress, paying extra rent to our old real-estate for more time, and extra fees and a weekly payment that could have been avoided. We were told that appliances were installed and the house was cleaned. This didn't happen several times when we were told, in fact this only happened hours before we could get in, and we are still cleaning and fixing the stairs. Getting a hold of Vish has proved to be the most difficult part, often asked to talk to the vendor or their conveyancer (not sure if that is okay as the real estate agent should be the conduit here for legal reasons) It has now become almost impossible to get hold of Vish. We are still trying to organise blinds with Vish and currently have cardboard on some of the windows while we wait, but we are starting to feel like we are being avoided as Vish has moved onto the sale of other properties. Be careful, and don't look to Vish for relevant information regarding your property or what you are allowed to do if you are in the middle moving from renting to buying, as you may end up paying to live in your own home early to avoid breaking the law.
