Buyers Should Be Very Careful – Not Recommended

Very disappointing experience purchasing a property through this agency and dealing with Vish Safi. Before the purchase, many promises were made, but after settlement they became completely unresponsive. It took one full week after settlement day just to receive the house keys. It has now been over one month and they are still holding $2000 in trust while failing to complete the agreed air conditioning installation. Calls, emails and messages are ignored, and communication has been extremely poor. This situation has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend buyers be very careful before dealing with this agent. Buyers Should Be Very Careful – Not Recommended At all.
