Vishal appraised our property in June 24 when we were looking to sell off market. A valuation range a little higher than we expected was nominated. It was almost twelve months until he received the go ahead to open up to the market. He showed great patience. Eventually an open house resulted in an immediate offer which more than met our expectations. A contract was signed within 48 hours. A quick settlement was agreed upon. Vishal was always available and ready to please right up until the the property was vacated. We were extremely satisfied with his professionalism.
