We had been using Callaghers as our agent for some time to manage our rental property in Leichhardt, They have proved to be very capable in this regards, as we lived initially overseas and then interstate. She ably assisted with the refresh of our property prior to marketing, and kept up the communications with us, even when at times we were difficult to reach. We had a great result, with a number of competing parties vying for the property, and on advice sold prior to auction to a very happy purchaser. All through the negotiation process, Vittoria demonstrated an ability to maintain timely communications, displayed empathy for what we wanted, while at the same time ensuring all parties were happy with the end result. As with all property sales, it is not always smooth sailing, but overall we were very satisfied.
